IM THE PERSON IVE BEEN WAITING FOR
what distinguishes a person from doing it and thinking about it is the action if the person acts to whatever the problem is or the ocation that person is gonna be distinguished by all the other ones who were thinking about acting up.
In my advetage as a student i can act and do my class work and my homework to get a better grade and graduate and make my mom happy but if i just think about it nothing and nobody is gonna really know unless i act about it. Like that i will be distinguished by many other people who took action aswell and who thought about acting up.
